Partner Success Manager, Northeast US

As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the liaison between Hazard Inc. and our brand partners. Your knowledge of online media, strong communication and analytical abilities, and passion for creating long lasting partner relationships will enable you to successfully command a portfolio of active and prospective advertising campaigns.

Preferred Qualities:

Existing connections and/or a background working at agencies in the Advertising, Brand Marketing, or Creative space.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 2 years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, or advertising

  • Experience working in a collaborative team setting both internally and externally

  • Customer-facing consulting or sales experience

  • Experience with digital advertising campaigns and platforms

  • Experience working with data to identify trends and performance insights

  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products and/or services

  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders

Advertising Copywriter

You can write a better job description than we can.

This isn't your traditional copywriting position. Our team works with brands looking to nail down their voice and brand identity while entering into a new type of advertising: livestream content.

If you think you could confidently write copy that encourages a viewer watching a MMORPG to try a new shampoo, then this is the role for you. 


  • 3-5+ years writing ad copy professionally for Snapchat, Twitter, and/or Instagram

  • General understanding and/or experience working with audiences on Twitch, YouTube Live, etc.

  • You have proven experience writing for lead generation objectives

  • You have experience switching between multiple brand voices

  • You can catch the misspelled word in the headline before it goes out

  • You have an organized system for ideating concepts, creating variations, and presenting finals

Director of Agency Partnerships

We are looking for a Director of Agency Partnerships to support the Agency Partnerships team build meaningful relationships with Advertising, Creative, and Marketing Agencies in North America. Our goal is to educate Agencies, making them fluent in our advertising platform and providing the organization lead gen opportunities that ultimately drive revenue. The ideal candidate intimately knows the Agency landscape and their operational inner workings. The candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships with executive leaders and rank-and-file staff alike. The role also involves working cross-functionally to create the necessary assets and/or product recommendations to service Creative Agencies. You’ll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long-term business partnerships across the Agency ecosystem.


  • Strategically engage agencies by identifying/prioritizing the agency’s we target and educate them on what our platform is, its products and best practices, and how to create campaigns

  • Support Agencies in including our tool as part of their client's marketing plans ultimately driving lead gen opportunities 

  • Create thought leadership initiatives and innovative approaches in how our tool can engage with Agencies

  • Create and execute engagement plans for assigned Agencies

  • Work with cross-functional teams to bring the breadth and depth of our platform to Agencies to help them strategically guide their clients and clients' media agency partners
